Median Prices Up as Monthy Inventory Drops.

The median price of Orlando area homes purchased in June of this year increased to $253,000, a 1.61 percent increase over June 2006’s median price of $249,000. (Last month, the median price rose to $250,000 after experiencing a drop in April to $242,100.) In addition the latest data revealed that inventory growth slowed from 1,028 in May to 460 in June.
