Amerivest Realty of Central Florida Invests Heavily in New Altigen Communication System.

Mark Eller, owner of Amerivest Realty of Central Florida has announced the installation of their new Altigen Communication System in the Central Florida Corporate office in Winter Park. Altigen is an award winning leader of office telephone and communication systems. Agents with Amerivest Realty of Central Florida will now have even more technology available to their already highly advanced technology toolbox. The new communication system includes “Follow Me” features for each agent, allowing them to receive messages at various locations, all connected to the same voicemail. Along with this feature is an agent telephonic fax program which allows customers to fax contracts directly to the agent’s designated fax number transforming it into a PDF file and sent to the agent’s e-mail account. This creates a competitive edge for agents and their customer, by eliminating the need travel to the office to pick up faxes or to have a separate fax machine in their home office. Many other features are included in the Altigen System and will be rolled out a little at a time to the agents. These features will be announced as they are introduced to the Central Florida Agents.
