Monday, July 9, 2007 marked the long anticipated introduction of Amerivest Realty's Seller's Advantage to the agents of Amerivest Realty of Central Florida. Michelle Daenzer,office manager, of Amerivest Realty of Naples introduced the multi-dimensional, on line marketing program to one of the largest training groups to organize at the Winter Park office. Some of the marketing tools available to gold member agents, at no extra cost, include unlimited narrated virtual tours, custom e-mail /printable fliers, video presentations of their farming areas and more. Each of these products are easily produced by the agent and capable of being sent and viewed on the world wide web. The unbranded tours can be attached to the agent's MLS listings as well as any form of advertising which allows the use of links. The new Seller's Advantage will enhance the way Amerivest Agents market not only their listings, but themselves as well. Feedback to management has been nothing but positive.
